General Terms

Kotor Shuttle is a company licensed by the Ministry of Tourism to perform tourist activities – a tourist agency.

Based on partnership agreements, Kotor Shuttle cooperates with companies established in accordance with the laws of Montenegro, which perform transportation activities, cable car rides, and other services. Based on the aforementioned agreements, Kotor Shuttle offers its Customers the following services:

  • Bus transportation;
  • Cable car ride Kotor – Lovćen;
  • Limo service;
  • Other services that will be offered;

Considering that Kotor Shuttle sells tickets for the transport of passengers to the station from which the Gondola of the Kotor – Lovćen cable car departs and also sells tickets for the Gondola ride, based on a Contract on the regulation of mutual rights and obligations concluded with the company Xperience (the owner of the cable car), these Terms apply both to the part of the transport referring to road transport (buses or limo service) and to the transport and behavior of passengers within the Kotor – Lovćen Cable Car, especially regarding the Gondola ride.

These Terms (hereinafter: GCT) shall be considered part of the transport contract concluded with Kotor Shuttle. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer/passenger agrees to the application of the GCT. By purchasing a valid ticket, a transport contract is concluded in accordance with the category of the purchased ticket. By using a valid ticket, the passenger accepts the conditions of transport and undertakes to respect them while using the services provided by Kotor Shuttle or its Partner

Deviations from these terms shall be considered valid only if Kotor Shuttle has approved and confirmed them in writing, otherwise, these terms shall apply to all passengers without limitation.

Kotor Shuttle shall not be held liable for any injury or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising from or related to the health condition of any passenger. This includes, but is not limited to, any physical injury, illness, deterioration of pre-existing conditions, or any other health condition. Passengers are advised to ensure their fitness and health condition to be able to participate in a bus, limo service, or cable car ride and they specifically declare and accept that they participate in all activities entirely at their own risk.

Violation of the General Terms of Transport, either by road vehicle or gondola, as well as repeated failure to follow instructions, will result in exclusion from any further transport and the withdrawal of the passenger’s ticket without the possibility of replacement. Additionally, the severity of the violation and the extent of the material damage caused may result in the individual being obliged to pay a monetary fine determined by the competent authorities or Kotor Shuttle.

The following transport conditions apply to the transport of persons and items as well as to the stay in all means of transport, premises, and facilities that are owned or leased by both Kotor Shuttle and all of its Partners. For the avoidance of doubt, the stipulated general terms must be respected by passengers at all times during their presence within all activities offered by the Kotor – Lovćen Cable Car (i.e., the company Xperience, which is a Partner of Kotor Shuttle), as well as during their stay in all means of transport in which passengers are present (whether such means of transport are owned by Kotor Shuttle, its Partners, or are used based on lease or any other contractual relationship), both during the actual bus, limo service, or cable car ride and during the visit to other additional contents within the cable car, including but not limited to the areas between the main facilities, public surfaces, and other recreational areas on the territory of the Cable Car (Xperience).

Refund Policy

After the purchase, it is not possible to refund the ticket. However, in the event that the bus transport, limo service, or cable car is not operational due to technical issues or weather conditions, passengers will receive a full refund or will be offered a ticket replacement for another date within the same season.

Kotor Shuttle and its Partners reserve the right to adjust working hours for each season as needed due to adverse weather conditions.

If unforeseen circumstances occur, such as flight cancellation or passenger illness that objectively prevents them from using the ticket, the management of Kotor Shuttle may consider the possibility of a refund. However, this option is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. It is important to note that refund or ticket replacement requests must be submitted via official email immediately upon the occurrence of such circumstances. Kotor Shuttle will take the circumstances into consideration and respond to each such request within 8 days from the date of receipt. Kotor Shuttle reserves the absolute right to reject a refund request without providing specific justification for such a decision. Accordingly, passengers – customers, by purchasing a ticket, fully agree to these Terms and irrevocably declare that they are aware of Kotor Shuttle’s right to retain the payment without the right to a refund and without any obligation to provide an explanation. The management of Kotor Shuttle reserves the right to change the refund policy at any time. Subsequent replacement, extension, or postponement of the validity period is not possible. Lost tickets cannot be replaced or refunded.

TICKET PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS

The valid prices are those published on the official website. The same ticket price information will also be visibly displayed at the points of sale (ticket offices). Ticket prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. These changes may be influenced by factors such as seasonal variations, demand, special events, or other operational considerations. Discounts, promotions, or special ticket purchase offers may also be changed at any time without prior notice. Existing discounts may be modified or revoked at the sole discretion of the operating company. Current ticket prices and all applicable discounts or special offers are published on the official website of Kotor Shuttle. It is the passenger's responsibility to check the latest pricing information on the website before purchasing tickets. The operating company does not provide refunds or compensation for ticket price changes, discounts, or promotions that occur after the ticket has been purchased. Official source of prices: The only authoritative source for current ticket prices is the official website of Kotor Shuttle. All other sources of price information may be inaccurate or outdated. Passengers should always refer to the official website to confirm the latest ticket prices. Kotor Shuttle reserves the right to change the listed prices at any time, to grant discounts to specific passenger categories, or to allow specific passenger groups to pay for tickets via invoice. In all cases, decisions regarding the above are made by Kotor Shuttle, and passengers will be duly and appropriately informed of any changes. These terms also define the procedure for ordering, reserving, and paying for Ticket Packages sold by Kotor Shuttle and offered on the Kotor Shuttle website referenced in these Terms. All changes will be reflected on the payment page. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information entered during the payment process. The prices of services provided by Kotor Shuttle, as displayed on the official payment website, are expressed in euros (€) including VAT. The services provided by Kotor Shuttle do not include the costs incurred by the customer for the use of computer equipment and services required to access the payment page. Kotor Shuttle is not responsible for telephone costs, internet traffic, or any other expenses that may arise from the use of the services. Although Kotor Shuttle strives to provide the best possible offer to ticket customers, it cannot guarantee that the services will meet the customers’ needs. Furthermore, Kotor Shuttle cannot guarantee that the service will be error-free. In the event of any shortcomings, customers – passengers are kindly requested to report them via email or contact phone number, so they can be addressed as soon as possible.

Payment Methods

Payment on this website can be made using payment cards – VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard – that support online payments. Payment via payment cards on this site is carried out through the PrestoLink service, owned by Fleka, in cooperation with NLB a.d., and is processed in a secure and certified manner through the Bankart Payment Gateway, by simply entering payment card information.

fter entering the card information and confirming the payment, the amount will be charged from the customer – passenger’s account within 24 hours of completing the payment on the site.

The customer – passenger is responsible for checking with the card-issuing bank whether their card supports online payments.

Payment Security

The confidentiality of your data is protected and ensured through the use of SSL encryption. The online payment pages are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 256-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a process of encoding data to prevent unauthorized access during transmission. This ensures secure transfer of information and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the user’s computer and the Payment Gateway, and vice versa.
